Whether it’s shopping locally, eating plant-based, or avoiding processed foods, we encourage our community to find the balance that both fits your lifestyle and looks good on Mother Earth! We will be pairing tacos with our Chemistry wines.

Chemistry Vegan Taco Night Shopping List

Tacos

  • corn tortillas

  • 2 medium green zucchini 

  • 1 can black beans

  • 1 red onion

  • 4 limes

  • Taco seasoning or cumin, coriander, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika and salt 

  • 2 ears of corn or 1 bag frozen corn

  • 1 red bell pepper 

  • 2 Roma tomatoes 

  • 1 bunch cilantro - leaves - use the stems for the pickles

  • Shredded purple cabbage

  • 1 bunch radishes

  • 2 avocados

  • Kosher salt

  • Olive oil 

Salsa Macha- the Mexican peanut salsa you didn’t know you needed in your life 

  • 1 1/4 C Grapeseed or blended oil 

  • 6 cloves raw garlic

  • 4 dried Pasilla chilies 

  • 4 dried ancho chilies

  • I0 chili de árbol

  • 1 C peanuts

  • Kosher salt

Pickled shallots & jalapeños

  • 1 C white wine vinegar

  • 4 shallots

  • 10 jalapeños 

  • 1 C Sugar

  • 1 C water

  • 6 cloves of garlic

  • 1 bunch cilantro stems

  • 1 Tbl coriander seeds

  • 2 fresh bay leaves

  • Kosher salt

Pico de gallo or Salsa Cruda

  • 5 hothouse tomatoes

  • 1 Spanish onion

  • 1 bunch cilantro

  • 2 jalapeños 

  • 2 limes

  • 1 clove fresh garlic

  • Olive oil

  • Kosher salt
